The young lady, Shannon, that answered the phone was so courtesy, polite, professional, and you could hear her smile through the phone.

This is just like any other lawyer. They will tell you a good story about all the "pockets" they can get money out of. Truth is they can only get what the max of an insurance policy is. So you in the end, you lose EVERYTHING, home, credit, vehicles, EVERYTHING and all you get in the end is $28,000 out of the hundred grand insurance policy.

September 2017 I had a slip and fall and decided to use this law firm. This coming September will be two years and the statue the limitations would be up on my potential case. I found that the attorney representing me from this firm wasn’t really making an effort to do anything. I don’t get phone calls or status updates. I rarely call but when I do, it is hard to reach him and he doesn’t really return calls. If the assistant answers, she seems annoyed by my calling. When I last met with my attorney, he was supposed to proceed with trying to see if the case was worthy of going to court (since the first offer was horrible) but when I checked in (almost 4 months later), nothing was done since that meeting. As of right now I have no clue about my case and it doesn’t seem like he’s going to resolve it before the statute of limitations is up. I’m highly disappointed with the service I’m receiving and absolutely would NOT recommend this firm. The sad thing is their contract prevents me from closing this out and finding someone else without paying a bunch of money. This was my first experience with a personal injury attorney and I hope to never ever need one in the future

I would never just post something negative. Maybe they dropped the ball on my case. But I would not recommend them. Very poor customer service....I was the one calling and checking on case...I DID NOT get good settlement. Dont let anyone's commercials fool you! Do research on any lawyers first!! Don't be forced to settle just for a win. Update and response: definitely your company near Oglethorpe Mall...you may not see my case but its there.
