I have to agree with another review of this law firm that said they provide straightforward clear communication from the start. So true! The whole staff, including Mr. Owens, was able to answer questions at any time in the course of handling my case. They made dealing with a difficult event much better. THANK YOU!

Most wonderful lawyers that anybody could ask for. They help the client and they are always are ready to talk to you when you call. I suggest that anyone who has an injury that they choose Owens and Mulherin. The office staff is the greatest in Savannah.

The day I walked in the their office I met Joe Mulherin. This was the first good sign. You may note that the usual TV Lawyers arent even here in Savannah. Or if they are you never see them. Joe is a very kind and attentive man. He sat and patiently spoke to me candidly about my case and provided case law (law established by the outcome of previous cases). Throughout the process Joe and his staff were Always available to answer questions and/or help me thru the paperwork . I even had Joe's personal cell phone number. When it came to the stressful meetings with insurance attorneys Joe was ready with pre-meeting prep and a calm, guiding demeanor in the meetings. Joe has been in Savannah doing this for so long most of the attorneys from "the other side" know and respect him. Joe was a tough negotiator in my case and my out of court settlement was more than I expected. And Joe was more than fair with costs associated with my case. He doesn't try to nickel and dime his clients. Joe's assistant is Brooke Maynard and she is a helpful, patient, kind and attentive member of the Owens and Mulherin team. Wilbur Owens would not answer phone always his assistant.They are a disgrace to there profession,they forged my name to the settlement check.no one needs an attorney like this.
