Let me just start by saying this has been the absolute Inadequate experience overall. Starting my journey with this law firm representing back in Nov. of 2023, was great but as time progressed I started receiving unwanted attitude from my attorney “Glory” representing me and her paralegal Hayden. I was told that my case was being turned over to litigation due to numerous of reasons. Prior to this step I remember telling my attorney that I started to feel undervalued due to certain circumstances and how I was being talked to by simply calling after not getting the scheduled call that failed to come through on my end. And of course she avoided that statement and asked that we move on to get this case settled as soon as possible. On August 8th, I received a phone call from Attorney Williams who stated that he will now be representing me. I would definitely say that the communication started off magnificent in the beginning. He could even ensure me that we would have everything completed within a 3 weeks time frame max. As time started to narrow down I stopped receiving updates from him or his team. I reached out to( his paralegal) Julie on numerous occasions and even left her voicemail messages. You would think she would do a follow up, absolutely not. The one time that I was able to get a hold of her before I could even state my name, her exact response was, “ I have your file pulled up I’m waiting for a response from two of the medical providers still.” Which was the same answer for the past two weeks or so. As of last week September 12th, I decided to take matters into my own hands and do follow ups myself and was able to get instant answers from both parties. I communicated with attorney Williams and provided the information that was shared with me. When I think about the amount of lack of communication and being prioritized as a first time client. I would’ve NEVER thought I’d be typing this sort of review. This experience is definitely one for the books. For the amount of money that is paid to the attorney, you would’ve definitely thought no payment was ever being received for the work of simply representing me according to how I expected to be treated. I’m truly speechless and would NEVER do business with this law firm in the future if needed………..

I filled out some information online to have this lawyer firm contact me this past weekend. I immediately started getting emails texts and phone calls IMMEDIATELY. I didn’t expect to be contacted so quickly or so aggressively considering it was the weekend but ok, hey at least you’re responsive, I guess? I had planned on speaking to them the following Monday during the work week, But before I could get a chance to return any of their emails, text or phone calls they sent me a rejection letter. Ok. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I thought I was hiring you.. but alright. I’ll take my business elsewhere. Now where I really have an issue is they keep texting me and emailing me asking me to fill out their survey and give them feedback About their service. So… I reached out to you to hire you for a service. You immediately start calling me and texting me Nonstop on the weekend and before I can get back to you on Monday, you reject me and now you want ME to Provide a service for you for free? Run.. don’t walk. Don’t even bother calling these people. You do not want to work with these people

I had a great experience with farah and farah. My lawyer Rick staggard was super helpful and would always return my calls. He helped me get a great settlement and I always felt he had my best interest.

While I didn’t receive the full outcome I was hoping for for my late mother’s case, I know Mr. Bush went above and beyond to reach the maximum possible outcome. I’m very thankful for him, his assistant, and Farah & Farah!
