Retained Keith for legal representation in a case. He failed to file with courts and his office completely loss paperwork while moving offices. There are plenty of organized legal offices in our community. Please pick one of those. I picked this office that day cause I just done playing golf with his son. Big mistake. I'm out that money with a lesson learned on chosing legal representation.

Carol is tough and said many things I didn’t like, but in the end she fought for what was right. I’m beyond grateful she was the GAL in my case.

Most unprofessional person/GAL I have ever met. Bully’s parents and children. Cannot believe this lady is allowed to represent children. Does not make best decisions based on the child’s best interests, worst experience of my life and my child’s life. BTW my child ended up coming to live me after she thought it was best to stay with the other abusive parent. My child ask to come live with me initially and she did not listen to him. I would ask for a change of GAL if the court ever appoints her over your case!

Do Not hire this sorry excuse for an attorney!! He is dishonest and lacks any and all good morals. Absolutely one of the worst attorneys in Newnan. And to show what kind of man he is read his responses to negative reviews. He bashes them with name calling and uses ugly words that only a bully would use. I for one would never want a man so unprofessional representing me.

Had an introduction to Mr. Prater and his services today and couldn't be happier. A well-versed professional who is an extremely good listener. The sound advice I've received has set me on a clear path to normalcy again and because he has experience across such a broad range of specialties, we were able to discuss other concerns in-depth, regarding matters that the future may hold. Keith Prater is such valuable asset and representative to have in court. He is extremely proficient, professional, and gets the job done right with his expertise. Ms. Carol Orleck worked as a GAL in a case pertaining to my grandkids. This woman and her counterparts violated my son's constitutional rights. She conspired with a dfacs worker and violated an Executive Order by the Governor, she failed to investigate a safety issue where guns were pulled on my family by the person she advocated for. This woman documented the other parties statement without speaking with us, she basically testified in her questioning, submitted false reports, and misrepresented facts to help someone obtain guardianship, and most recently she testified as a witness to something she had NO knowledge of in a case that was not connected with the custody case. This woman and her counterparts in Coweta County are a danger to the public and she deserves to be disbarred.

Keith was very kind and helpful during our phone conversation together and gave me some good advice. Thanks Keith.
