Sorry but I don't feel the way everyone else does. I was treated like my opinion didn't matter and they took alot of my settlement and did the negotiations without my knowledge and input. They are paying a company for doing a horrible demolition and the company is affiliated with the public analyst that works for Mr. Baxter. They paid this company around $45,000 out of my settlement and said they were doing it for me. The public analyst, Elvis, is the organizer and member of the restoration company they sent to do a demolition. Not only did they not finish the work but while doing the work, they made more of a mess and I had to clean up after them. The restoration company actually has two names: E & S Restoration Services, LLC and WAM-ATL. They are apparently the same company. Actually, the public analyst has about 10 LLC's he is affiliated with so he makes money settling claims for Mr. Baxter at the same time he is making money from the restoration companies he sends out to people. He is rude over the phone and insulted me a few times. I am a disabled veterans and have been accused of "holding up progress and keeping them from getting paid." They also told me for months that the damage to my floors was going to be dealt with but they instead negotiated a settlement, got some checks sent to them and had my claim closed without my knowledge that they never negotiated my messed up floors into the amounts. When I confronted them about that issue and the fact that the restoration company never submitted any invoices, receipts or quotes on the work that they were doing, I started getting treated differently. Guess it's o.k. to send your own company and exploit someone's insurance claim for your own gain if you work for a lawyer on one hand and are a member of same restoration company on the other hand. Now my house is still gutted out and my floors are separating from the walls and still settling a year later after the tornado did something to them and other things in my house. But apparently this lawyer is too worried about his bottom line instead of reprimanding his public analyst/adjuster from committing fraud and the firm itself malpractice for not being honest with the client, me, about their intentions when it came to the floors and insulting me on the phone telling me I was keeping them from getting paid among other things he said to me. You left my home in ruins and you did some unethical things in the process, too. Anyone can put up 5.0 reviews to bolster their company. I am here to tell you they like to take you for a ride and when confronted about it, they turn on you like little animals.

I was very impressed with the attention, care, and professionalism I received from Mr.Willams. All of my questions and doubts were addressed from the very beginning and I was updated in a timely manner about all the proceedings. Mr.Williams really fought for me and was able to settle my case such a great person inside/out.
