My first time using a lawyer and they definitely made the process easy on me Communicated and kept me updated on everything, helped handling the insurance and got me the best offer possible

Nothing is worse than being in an accident, and then not knowing which way to turn, or even who to turn to. I was referred to the Griffin Law Firm and I can not say enough about how pleased I am with the service I received. From the first phone call to the office where I spoke to a real person, to my case managers Patrick and Regina, phenomenal. I NEVER had to wonder what was going on with my case and if I thought I had a question, they had the answer in a phone call, email or even a text. Mr. Griffin was kind enough to give me a call to make sure all was going well and to see how I doing. Professional, courteous, experienced, expeditious, knowledgeable and pleasure to work with. Real people, who care about real people. The Griffin Law Firm is the best. Hands down. #LAW, GRIFFIN LAW!!!! Lol!

Let me start off by saying this law firm is very great at what they do and I highly recommend them to anyone looking to hire an attorney! I personally dealt with Regina B and she was PERFECT! She kept me updated on every step of the case and ensured a large payout in the end and delivered! I can’t thank Regina enough for all her hard work.

We were from out of state and couldn’t find a law firm to take our case. We contacted Griffin Law Firm they took us on ,walked us through the whole process and settled our case. Regina was very friendly, courteous professional and her research ended up getting us a larger settlement. Chad checked in and was available anytime needed. Griffin Law Firm was upfront with us from the beginning about what was a reasonable settlement and in the end we received a much larger amount than anticipated.We so appreciate all they did to see us through it all.

Whoever Chad is working called me yelling saying he didn’t care what I was talking about nor would he want to transfer me over to Regina.they took the case worked the case then decided that they didn’t wanna work the case. They ads are misleading and not true.

They don’t EVER call you back! Are you sure this is even a real law office? Customer service is terrible.

THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Richard Griffin looked me in the eyes and promised me he would litigate my case if the insurance company refused to co-operate, so I signed with him. Almost a full year went by with zero updates, I would go to his office, nothing. Never once would he call me to give me an update and I mean HE WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CALLS EVEN ONCE TO UPDATE ME FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS AT A TIME. When it actually came time to settle he chose it wasn’t worth his time to sue the insurance company of the guy who hit me and left me with multiple head trauma as well as knee and back. Did he offer to drop the case so I can get another lawyer? No, he said I could drop him but since I signed a pro Bono client, (meaning the law firm is entitled to 1/3rd of all income generated from case), he would still be entitled to a third, even if I dropped him as a lawyer and hired someone else. Essentially he trapped me in a contract and refused to let me go. This whole persona that he is this honest good family man is a straight up lie. HE LOOKED ME IN THE EYE AND LIED TO ME. DO NOT SIGN WITH THIS LIAR IT WILL BE THE WORST DECISION OF YOUR LIFE

When my husband broke his hand after getting into a car accident a few years ago that wasn’t his fault, the Griffin Law Firm was extremely helpful to us. They were very professional and worked with us in a timely manner to come to an agreement on a settlement, which we felt was fair, with the insurance companies. They were quick to respond with any questions we had and were up front with any information we needed to know. I would recommend them to friends and family any day!
