“THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Richard Griffin looked me in the eyes and promised me he would litigate my case if the insurance company refused to co-operate, so I signed with him. Almost a full year went by with zero updates, I would go to his office, nothing. Never once would he call me to give me an update and I mean HE WOULD NEVER TAKE MY CALLS EVEN ONCE TO UPDATE ME FOR MONTHS AND MONTHS AT A TIME.”
