Generally with most attorneys the initial consultation is free as was the case with David. However David saw me again without charge even though my case was too small to require an attorney and gave me excellent advise on managing my own case so that I could recuperate bills and damages. The particular insurance company was dragging its feet about offering a settlement and David gave me advise on navigating their bureaucracy. It worked. They offered a settlement and surprise, surprise it is under fair value as David predicted they would. David even provided the form for me to file on my own behalf in the case. He is the first attorney I would contact. Very honest, straightforward, and has excellent experience dealing with cases.
