For starters Saundra is an attorney that actually cares I just want to state that because after my case was closed she still took the time out to tie up some loose ends that would effect my credit had she not stepped into provide credentials/evidence to creditors. I was impressed and grateful for that. And when the case was open she was diligent and patient with me and educated me to get everything in writing, to put everything in emails including photos, documents etc so there would be no delays, mishaps, or misunderstandings when asking for compensation. Throughout the entire process she was responsive. I’ve never been in this predicament before but having her along the way really Laid my concerns to rest. She was always professional and wanted the best outcome for me. When I had surgery she checked up on me and even called me on my birthday to wish me a happy one. She’s a great Attorney and to me in my opinion she had a motherly vibe as well even though I was just a client. I can go on and on but I highly recommend Saundra for anyone in a car accident.
