There aren’t enough positive adjectives to describe Attorney Lewis. She was professional, knowledgeable and responded with urgency every time I reached out. She was able to get my 17 year old’s speeding ticket reduced drastically and prevent his license from being suspended. We are grateful and thankful for her help. As an Engineer for many years, I have learned to pay attention to a persons competency and performance in my profession. I will have to admit that Nicole is extremely competent and professional. Not to go into details, however, the advice that was provided by Nicole before litigation that my 18 year old son followed, paid off in court tremendously. She is extremely knowledgeable and helped my son keep his driving privileges with a lower than expected fine. I wish the system would allow me to give ZERO STARS. I should have read these reviews before I wasted my time...This by far was the worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. I hired Ms. Walls to handle my divorce mid October of 2020, initially she seemed eager to assist me with my case. From October to January I have only spoken with Ms. Walls twice although I reached out to her numerous times. There was either no reply or promise to get back with me and never did. I turned in all documents that she requested the same day of her request only to find out months later that NOTHING had been filed on my behalf, on top of this she was requesting information and documents that I had already submitted. I mean this was truly a joke. (not funny at all) She seems to give more attention to her social media page than her actual paying Clients. After several post that she posted and waiting 2 and a half weeks for a response via my case, email, text ,or phone in which she initially told me that we could communicate. I simply replied under a post on her Instagram to let her know that I was indeed waiting for some type of communication. Ms. Walls immediately emailed me. She stated that I was trying to tarnish her reputation by commenting that I was still waiting for a call back. As if her lack of professionalism, and blatantly IGNORING her paying Clients is not enough to tarnish her reputation.. How strange is that. Oh and before she blocked me on social media and via email she said this and I quote. "Next time call the office if you have any questions or concerns instead of RUNNING TO SOCIAL MEDIA". How professional of her! As if I hadn't made numerous & I mean NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO REACH HER, I have the receipts to prove it. Don't waste your time.

Attorney Jackson is one of the best attorneys that the city of Atlanta and the state of Georgia has to offer. Her professionalism coupled with her skillful legal ease and knowledge of the law is remarkable and reflective in her negotiation and trial skills. She came highly recommended and lived up to all of the expectations that were said and she resolved my case with a favorable outcome, dismissal. There are many attorney’s in Georgia but Attorney Jackson is one of THE best! Follow you gut, she’s the real deal!!

This lawyer does not always keep her clients best interest at heart. I felt as if I were the one being attacked during our court session and not the actual criminal. Speaks a big game, but came, showed up, and failed. Very disappointing especially knowing that she’s a divorcee herself and has children involved. Would not recommend if you would like a fair chance of fighting.
