So Martha Kirkland represented me during my divorce. She had already determined to the Path of least resistance when she took my retainer. She knew that it was very difficult for her father to to win custody, so she didn't bother even putting any effort into into coming up with a strategy for success. She was afraid of the judge and she was afraid of opposing counsel. She's a weak lawyer. I kid you not when I tell you that her only concern is getting you to send her the retainer. That’s it. I know for a fact from her lack of any ability whatsoever to make an articulate argument in court that she really didn’t review much and didn’t look at anything I had sent her until maybe the day before. My ex-wife tried to make me out to be some kind of unfit parent when the absolute opposite was true, and Martha Hall literally did nothing to try to bring that before the court. She's absolutely useless as an attorney. How in the world she still has a practice is beyond me. Her clients don't mean much to her. It’s just a business. It means nothing. As long as she gets her money, that’s all she cares about. She is one of many bad attorneys that I’ve come across in Statesboro. But the last time I went to court I used a really good attorney who has an office over by the daily grind. Much better experience because I had a much better lawyer. It has been many years and I still regret giving any money to this law firm.

Great choice using this firm. Patty was so efficient in responding to me and treated me like a friend not just another task. Thankful to Martha, Patty and Katie. They make a wonderful team.
