We got what we paid for…. Sure there are cheaper law firms but we wanted an AGGRESSIVE law firm, and we were financially prepared to pay for that. We used Martha & Vonnie originally for a custody case which ended in an adoption so we began using Paige & chastity being that Martha does not handle adoptions. Communication was always there- Vonnie & Chastity were both very responsive and very helpful. Everything in the contract was VERY clear as to what we we were getting into financially. We would use Hall & Navarro again anytime!

Placed a call to Hall and Navarro today looking for some assistance/guidance on a legal situation. Misty was absolutely amazing and so helpful!! I definitely recommend them being your 1st choice for legal assistance above all other!!! They were my 1st call and took care of everything I needed with in less than 30 mins!!! This office turned what could have been a hard experience into a simple process. From the first time to the last time I walked through the door of this office I was always greeted with a caring smile and left with my issue resolved. They are very awesome positive people to work with. They did their job and I would recommend them to anyone. I wasn't always the easiest to get along with but they held up their side and I will continue to do mine. Thank yall very much for everything!!!!

To all the legal assistants that have worked on my case. I want to thank you for helping me keep the rabid creature at bay. I feel much better knowing I have you guys helping me draw the line in the sand where this arrogance is held to account and kept at bay. They work long hours long nights are very diligent and professional. I would recommend you lady's to anyone. I just want to say thank you all for all you do.

First and foremost Martha's office did nothing to help my case. All she wanted was to drag it out for more money. Speaking of money she charges ungodly amounts for NO REASON. We had one court date, ONE, and it cost me my entire retainer fee of $5,500. At this court date all that was done was the lawyers talked and the court date was pushed back to see if the "new" papers worked. I was not given a time line for when the new court date would be. I was charged $250 a month to have a lawyer when I didn't even know when my next court date was. I was also charge that amount even after she was no longer my lawyer, (I had papers in my hand that she was no longer my attorney.) And the communication at this place is ridiculous! If your paralegal is out on vacation, good luck getting any information. There's a lot of staff here. I'm not sure why a few questions I had couldn't be answered until ONE person came back. Also the front desk clerks do not pass along messages, because my paralegal, Vonnie, claims to have not gotten the four messages I left to have her call me. I requested a refund for lack representative and lack of communication and I have yet to see it or it even be discussed. Do not waste your time with this money hungry law firm. They'll take your money and not care about you as a client. It's sad.

Excellant professionals

I cannot stress enough on how AMAZING Paige and Chastity both are. I have been speaking with Paige for several years over a custody battle starting when she was a Paralegal. Even after graduating and becoming a partner at the law firm she never brushed me off. She never treated me or my issues as anything less than important. Paige has always been honest, never just told me what I wanted to hear she has always been straight forward. I have dealt with several attorneys and you always get the feeling that it is only about the money but I never felt that with Paige. When Paige and I decided it was time to file with the courts again Chastity was the paralegal assigned to my case. To say Paige and Chastity are an amazing team is an understatement. I've never had an issue getting a nearly immediate response from both of them, they have both been clear about the case, I never worried they weren't caught up on what was going on and never felt like I was the bottom of the list. A custody battle is a hard, emotional and stressful legal fight but these two "Super Heroes" have made this entire process so much easier. I can't thank you both enough for making me feel like my case was your #1 priority, answering my 100000 questions without getting frustrated, and just being amazing. 10/10 recommend Paige and Chastity to anyone looking for a legal team.

Didn't return phone calls

The civil case handled by Navarro was one of the most traumatic experiences of our lives; what should have been a slam dunk case fell apart. She and her office were disorganized, unprofessional and impossible to contact despite paying hefty legal fees. The end result cost us hundreds of thousands of dollars due to her poor legal acumen. Her secretary constantly would email the wrong dates and information. They ignored important evidence. She even allowed an innocent girl to be pulled into a domestic civil case and threatened with contempt and jail despite Navarro telling her client the witness need not be present. After court she literally called another attorney to beg for help (at our expense). There is so much I could say, but I will just stop here and strongly advise please please please do not retain Paige Navarro.
