Didn't hire but great advice

Ms.Branch did a awesome job on our case I would recommend her she is very Knowledgeable about the law and a wonderful Attorney

I had to go to Georgia for a Custody that was ordered in NYS and the person fled to Georgia. Elizabeth was the only lawyer that was willing to take the case. Elizabeth and her staff made us a priority as time was of the essence. She did an amazing job getting the petition and the paperwork before a judge.

Ms. Branch is a passionate activist for her clients. She is caring, intelligent, and thorough when it comes to her appearance in the courtroom as well as behind the scenes, in her best effort to reach the most appropriate settlement/ agreement for her clients.

Elizabeth Branch helped me get through my court case to where i thought i didn't have a foot to stand on ! She was on top of all that had to be done !! Thank you Elizabeth for your help with my sister !!

This is the first bad review I’ve ever written. I called this law firm and inquired about drawing up a simple will. I had met with her previously for a consultation and paid $150 of which she had no recollection/file regarding. When I met with her she told me she didn’t do wills and charged me again for $150. Unprofessional environment and a waste of 10min.

I was to appear in court at 9:00 am so Elizabeth said to meet her at office at 8:00am to go over all content…. She never showed up, so assistant and my husband and I went to court house, she was late…. Never in my life seen such a babbling attorney, that cannot even win a case, the judge was already upset she was late, and she could of cared less about the situation of my grandson, or us coming all the way from Arizona to get custody of our grandson. My grandson is in such a bad situation, and she didn’t care. So I paid 5,000.00 for nothing, and she did nothing. Her office smells like dog poop with dog pee in her office. So unprofessional. A crook. Do not hire this firm.

I went with her because she did a good free consultation answering every question I had before hiring her. She is quite airheaded and unorganized. I pretty much only spoke with her assistant because she was the only one I could get ahold of. Fortunately, I had an easy case which I paid $3000 for her to show up to court for 30 min. I haven't been refunded any money that she said we could get back if she didn't use all of it. I would not recommend hiring her for any important or hard csse

Ms. Branch was nothing but professional and more than competent in my custody matters, winning everything she promised and then some. She was there every step of the way, even going so far as giving her personal cell number to her clients so they can reach her anytime. I would recommend her to anyone else that is seeking legal counsel in family matters.

Elizabeth Branch is a zealous advocate for her clients. She is a tough opponent in the courtroom, but works behind the scenes to explore the best alternatives for her clients in possibly reaching an amicable settlement of whatever dispute her clients may be involved in. If someone wants an attorney who is honest and realistic with her clients, but who also is a great litigator, Elizabeth would be a great choice.
