I am a Massachusetts driver who received a traffic citation on Hwy 95 returning north around Pooler GA. I learned very soon after that Georgia traffic law can be byzantine and harsh. In my case, an appearance in court during Covid was mandatory. After a few attorneys declined my case, Gabe Cliett P.C. came through for me. He and his staff (I dealt with Annalee Prokop and Darla Smith as well) were all highly competent and a pleasure to deal with. They were also responsive to my concerns and wishes. I was very happy with the outcome. (The charge was reduced to one I considered very fair.) We negotiated a fee up front, and that fee did not change even with two continuances, a trial appearance, (I did not have to appear in person, only my representative.. i.e. Gabe Cliett) and over four months of activity. I would highly recommend Gabe and his firm to anyone; Georgia native or not.
