Lack of responsiveness and communication from the firm
“They never return calls, I literally had to get off work and go to the office just to see what was going on and why emails and calls were not being returned!”

Disappointing service and lack of attention to client's needs
“Being a single mother of three and already dealing with going through the divorce process I should not have had to feel like I was fighting by myself( at this point why even get a lawyer)!!!!! … it's sad that people are so quick to get your money, but don't do anything they claim they would do.”
