2
Dedicated, knowledgeable, and responsive service
“Tom Barton and his firm did a great job in my case. They were upfront and honest about all possible outcomes. They also gave me tips on what to do while waiting for the trial day to come, which helped me significantly. 10/10 recommend. They are great people who give a great service.”
3
Achieves favorable plea bargains and case dismissals
“Mr.Barton is one of the only attorneys I've talked to who actually care about their client's and cases. He was able to get my theft by receiving stolen property charge dismissed.”
4
Highly respected and trusted by clients and the legal system
“Tom is the Bomb!! When you have a serious situation come up and its out of your hands, this man is the one to call. He is extremely professional and thorough. He knows his job and the people around him. I had fantastic results that were simply amazing. Everything was dismissed!! Thank you again Tom and staff.”
5
Consistently delivers positive outcomes for a wide range of legal matters
“Tom fought tooth and nail to make sure I got the best possible outcome in my case which was a charge of possession for less than 1 oz. He let me know from our first conversation whether or not he felt confident he could help me. Thanks to them for the thorough communication and making sure I understood all the details. He's reasonably priced and worth every penny!”
Cons
1
Occasionally long wait times and disorganized closing experiences
“The email response was quick, and the precloser and postclosers are friendly. However, the closing experience is awful. I have now done two closings with McMichael & Gray, one in Carrollton and one in Stockbridge, and I would not choose to do another closing here. The wait time is long and the closing took over 3 hours, mostly due to the fact that checks have to come from the Alpharetta office apparently.”
2
Perceived lack of advocacy in certain cases
“Basically paid him to lose my job and go to jail mr Barton never strayed away from the state recommended sentence but urged me to take a plea without negotiating for something on my behalf which is what you pay for the with a attorney I could've got the same outcome without his services.”
