At my pre-trial, the bailiff figured out Tom was my lawyer during calendar call he leaned over and said, "you've got a good one." I knew my lawyer was the best. He is upfront and honest about the risks of the case, most lawyers just turn into salesmen just so they can get your money. That's not Tom, he not only cares about your case, but you as a person and wants to see you thrive.

Tom is the Bomb!! When you have a serious situation come up and its out of your hands, this man is the one to call. He is extremely professional and thorough. I was charged with a DUI along with a couple of other moving violations in Henry County; this was my third lifetime DUI offense. When I first spoke with Tom and told him the specifics of my case, he assured me that he could get the DUI charge reduced or get the case dismissed. He did exactly what he said he would; the DUI charge was thrown. I was able to keep my license and move on.
