I retained Mr. Barton for a DUI case in Henry County (one of the more strict counties). I spoke with Mr. Barton over the phone first and by the end of the call he gave me the impression he was on the case. We won the case for me and I recommend that even if you don't retain him you should definitely meet or speak with him before deciding.

I was very satisfied with the defense you provided. I really appreciate that you were able to get the solicitor to look at the Reckless Driving plea but felt it was in my best interest and that of my family to take the DUI offer you were able to work out. Tom gave me several options/ paths of ways to approach my case. Once I chose how I wanted to proceed he supported my decision and fought for the best outcome. Easier and more attainable options were available, but he still gave me advice on all possible scenarios. I have already recommended Tom to friends and co-workers.

I got a DUI after being pulled over because of failure to maintain lane. My situation was more complicated because there was a minor in the car. I called Tom immediately and he told me to come by his office and we would talk. Some of my charges were dropped to a lesser charge. Tom cares about the case and also my future. He doesn't want repeat business. He truly cares!

I cannot thank Mr. Barton enough for his assistance with a speeding ticket that my 19 year old son was given. He was able to negotiate the consequences of his speeding into terms that really made a difference. Defensive driving school, a 3 page written paper and a fine.
