I highly recommend this law firm to anyone , they are very professional . The outcomes for my accident ticket which is I was at fault was beyond imagination . I was cited for improperly turn causing an accident. The ticket could take away 3 points and it could have report on my driving record. The attorney able to negotiated with the county solicitor to reduce my charge to “ Basic rules “ . The basic rules does not access points nor does it report to the DMV . Once again, thanks Teasly Law Group for helping me in this law matter , I will retain this law group again in the future if I have any issues related to law .

Do not hire them! They disregard their client’s requests, ignore correspondence and do the least amount of work possible to close the case, even if it’s damaging/unacceptable for their client.

I do not leave many reviews, but after my experience at Teasley Law Group LLC I feel it is required to protect the innocent from making the same mistake that I did. In my opinion a one (1) star is too high for Monica. I hired Monica after a business associate recommended her. After our experience I doubt he will be referring her to anyone else. I am a business owner, I hired Monica to handle a lawsuit from a former worker that was claiming that we did not pay her. My registered agent was not properly served, nor any evidence was presented to us showing that she was not paid. Seemed like a remarkably simple case to get dismissed. This is what Monica also made it sound like from the beginning, so I hired her. I paid a $3500 retainer. After Monica started our case, I heard from her every once in awhile by email. At one point I was advised she was typing a dismissal. At this point I am expecting a dismissal to be submitted to the courts, since she was taking the time to type one. This is not what happen. Monica stated that I should take a settlement. So, I took her advise just to end the case. Monica then sent me the finale invoice for $700.00. With my settlement I ended up paying $1,000 for ex-employee attorney fees, $832 to the ex-employee along with the extra $700 added to the retainer I ended up paying roughly $6,032 for nothing being done. I could have easily called the ex-employee and offered her $1,000 and probably would have been done with the case and would have ended up spending a lot less. No evidence was ever presented to me so I could make a proper decision. A dismissal was typed up on my time that was never submitted. Why waste my time and money on something that is not going to be used? Monica never advised me that she would be going over the amount of my retainer. This is unacceptable and very shady. Its common respect to let your clients know if you will be going over a retainer. What if I did not have the money? I find these actions very unprofessional and unethical. My biggest problem and it really shows what kind of attorney and person Monica is, I received an email from her trying to intimidate me not to leave her my honest reviews. I have this email saved if anyone wants to see it and is attached as a photo to this review. Intimidating unhappy clients is not professional, ethical or a good business decision. I do not recommend Teasley Law Group LLC nor Monica.
