My HOA filed a lawsuit against me for several years of late payments which included a butt load of unreasonable attorney fees and interest. I preferred not to pay anything since they waited several years to address this instead of contacting me however, I knew that was highly unlikely. The Teasley Law group was very professional and got the case settled to something I was satisfied with. I feel they looked out for my best interest and included terms in the settlement to make sure I would not have issues once my account is paid. Thanks Monica Teasley!

Maybe she was having a bad day, but from the one and only time I reached out to her for help she sounded as if I was bothering her. Heavy sighing, deep breathing, and her tone was just flat out rude. I do not doubt that she's a good lawyer but its not what you say, its how you say it. . . UPDATE: By you starting your response off as "we are not sure what you heard" proves my point exactly. I gave you a compliment, yet here we are. Yes, I did call at 9 am because someone took my call and transferred me so as far as I knew, you were open. As a matter of fact I JUST called (9:32 am) and someone answered saying we are open now, but we usually open at 10. WHAT? The phone shouldn't be answered until you are actually open for business, honestly. You did not respond to me with professionalism and honestly I surprised myself by staying on the phone with you as long as I did. Correct, I did not follow up with the information because at that point I felt my best interested wouldn't have been at hand. I do not want anyone doing anything for me if they are going to have an attitude about it. Best.
