This Firm is predatory. It arbitrarily increases its legal Services to an HOA. The HOA then passes along those cost to the homeowners and if said homeowner is unable to pay, they take you to court to foreclose on your home. This firm is predatory, fraudulent and I do not reccomend.

We had an appointment for a refinance and the lawyer was late, never introduced himself, and didn’t really have any answers to any questions. Would not recommend them for any real estate needs. Poor service all around and fake expectations set. DO NOT USE if you want to have a pleasant closing experience. Even closed in an office without a door that shut, very unprofessional.

We've had a very rough time with our lender with several closing delays - attorneys at Lueder have been really flexible and putting late night hours in to help us get closed on our home.

This law firm is hired to provide services to our HOA in Lawrenceville, GA. But what they are actually doing is giving bad advice to the HOA board members, practically igniting a mini civil war between the board and the homeowners. Since Lueder was hired by the HOA, our legal expenses skyrocketed to the point that 20 percent of our HOA dues go to them. Our HOA members are finally in the process of fixing this problem, but Lueder lawyers are making it difficult to do so by misinterpreting the law and the HOA’s covenants. We are unable to hold a productive meeting when Lueder lawyers are present. Let alone guiding the board to conduct homeowners’ meetings in accordance with standard meeting procedures (such as Robert’s Rule of Order), Lueder lawyers try to silence homeowners by causing confusion and fomenting hostilities between board members and homeowners. In the most recent meeting, Lueder lawyers argued to deny additional agenda items to be included while allowing even a police officer who was there supposedly to keep the peace (actually he was hired to intimidate us) to take the floor and talk as if he was a board member or a homeowner. By filing frivolous lawsuits against homeowners like my household on behalf of the board, Lueder succeeded in turning our HOA into a cash cow for itself. We are determined to fix this problem by firing Lueder. As long as Lueder is not fired there will be no other agenda item to be discussed in a future meeting. If you belong to an HOA, make sure that Lueder is not within a mile of your neighborhood. I’m considering to contact the local media to investigate what Lueder has done to our community and perhaps other communities as well.
