I was involved in an automobile accident where a pickup truck ran into me from behind at a stoplight. I was very disappointed at how I was being treated by the insurance company. A friend of mine recommended Kelly Herrin with Herrin & Alexander. In our initial meeting Ms. Herrin explained to me that for many years she represented insurance companies and that she knew exactly how they worked and that the insurance company's objective was to pay out as little as they possibly could get away with. She explained to me that my neck injury may feel better now and be mostly healed within a month but that when dealing with the spine and vertebra symptoms can appear months or years after the initial trauma. She explained that the carelessness and negligence of the driver that ran into me it's possible I could have vertigo, headaches and other symptoms for the rest of my life. I'm not going to put a dollar amount but the best decision I ever made was contacting Herrin & Alexander.

From my first call in inquiring about my situation, to the conclusion of my dealings with Herrin & Alexander; I was very impressed. They were concise in their explanations, quick in response time, and very professional helping me find the best solution to my pending legal issue. Mrs. Herrin took me step by step and was able to resolve my problem where others had failed.

I reached out to discuss medical malpractice case and talked to the receptionist and she collected all of the necessary information and said they'd get back to me. Never happened. I called again and spoke to another receptionist and I had to explain my situation again and was told they'd call back this time. Did not happen. I am moving on to other law firms now as this one clearly doesn't have their ducks in a row.
