I just wasn't satisfied with the level of service and communication that I've received. My case was a trademark filing for my company. I was recommended to go through this firm instead of LegalZoom for the filing. I've already paid for the service through LegalZoom but decided to use this firm. On 10/18/21, I've received an email from Kevin to "remedy the deficiences" with an attachment. I never received a response from them since. It's been a year since the last communication and no remedy so far.

Jim is very knowledgeable and experienced lawyer in metro Atlanta courts. Jim represented me but I am sure Kevin is just as helpful. They will respond to you very timely manner and hopefully get you a good resolution to your specific situation. It is well worth the fee considering the alternative. I highly recommend Pratt and Wall.

Kevin Pratt is by far a very Honest, and knowledgeable attorney. I don't normally use the word honest and attorney in the same sentence. Although I will with him. He represented my husband and I a couple years ago. I would definitely recommend him! Also affordable.
