Mr. Jeong and the case manager took care of my case very well. Although it was a long process, they communicated with me what was going on in details and what they were planning to do with my case. Very kind. Even he looks younger than his age, he is very professional and fully enough to take many other different cases related to accident. In my case, I realized that Joon is one of the most reliable person. During one year, I never took care of my case because he took all of my concerns on behalf of myself. During the entire length of my claim, amazingly, I have only met him twice, the consultation and closing date. Of course, he notified me of all updated information by call in a timely manner and it made me much more comfortable.
