I really can't praise Lino and his team enough. After going through a Green Card application which was denied by USCIS with another firm I reached out to Rodriguez Immigration Firm. I was beyond stressed but the consultation with Lino really put my mind at rest, he was honest about the process which was refreshing. The application process was simple and just required me filling in a simple forms on the firm portal. The filing was done in January 2022 and I am happy to say I received my Green Card in July 2022. It is a very daunting task applying for permanent residency. There seems to be a mountain of paperwork to fill out and evidence to provide. I was very thankful to have Lino as my attorney. He made everything 100x easier. He was very reassuring throughout the whole process and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. He also shows great care to all of his clients.

In the year of 2018 my husband was able to come back to the USA, after 3 years that he had been given Voluntary Departure.
