Received notice from Atlanta lawyer regarding bogus mold claim; turned matter over to Jay to handle. He responded with strongly worded letter; also contacted our insurance carrier on our behalf; followed up with our tenant's legal dept. (one of their employees filed the claim). It has been over one year and we have not heard anything else from the Atlanta attorney. I am confident that Jay's original letter let him know that we were well represented and were not going to fall for his threatening tactics. Jay is rapidly gaining an excellent reputation in our community!
