After being in an automobile accident in Kansas City last summer, my family and I were having a lot of trouble settling with the insurance company to have all of our medical bills paid and close our claim. We decided we needed legal help and chose to call Silvis, Ambrose, Lindquist & Coch because we know Aaron personally and felt like this firm could help us. Our case is being handled by Ben Lindquist and we could not be more pleased! He has been incredibly personable, communicative, and professional; able to answer any question we've had and has made sure that every detail has been addressed. Everything has been taken care of much more quickly than we anticipated. If we ever need legal help in the future, we will absolutely use this firm again. Ben is exactly what you'd hope for in a case like ours!

I was in a very bad automobile accident. It was my first accident. As the medical bills grew, I had no idea which direction or avenue to take. A close friend suggested that I reach out to an attorney to help direct me. That friend suggested Ben Lindquist with Silvis, Ambrose, Lindquist & Coch, P.C. From the first day that I contacted Ben, he was very professional, prompt and polite. He always responded to my text messages and phone calls. He was very patient in helping me understand the process and the regulations surrounding my case. One day while Ben and I were discussing my case, he asked me if he could pray with me. This act of kindness was exactly what I needed in that moment. I understand that business is business, but this showed me who he is at his core. Shannon, his paralegal, is amazing as well. She is very kind, patient, thorough when explaining the process and will go out her way to get what is needed down. I can honestly say that the two of them made me feel as though they care!

Our nonprofit needed to update its by-laws and I met with Doug Silvis to discuss. Wow! Having that kind of competence working in our behalf was refreshing. He explained the options and their benefits and proceeded to work for us. There is an old saying that 'what you don't know can hurt you.' Doug Silvis helped our organization to address SO MANY things in our by-laws that we would never, on our own, have known to address. I have since proudly referred him many times. Five stars and total thumbs up!!!

My attorney Benjamin Lindquist was incredibly prompt,very professional and dedicated to his profession.I was injured in an automobile accident here in Valdosta,Georgia where I have lived for several years.I decided to go with a law firm in town believing my personal injury case would be a open and shut case,however I was very wrong.My accident occurred in July of 2019 and come a year later July 2020 my lawyer with the local law firm I hired never was returned my repeated calls to his direct line, never responded to several voicemails I left.I started to believe my case was "lost" in his files and my daughter and nephew who were also injured in the accident had hired the same law firm and settled their case in May of this year nevertheless I went with this law firm with exceptional results receiving a "Big"payout in less than 3 months.I highly recommend this law firm and Mr.Lindquist he is the very definition of what you want in your attorney fighting for you and what is right.
