I used Chapman &associates for small lawsuit...I am a single mother that lives on a small disability check that is now being garnished because the Chapman &associates did not have my hospital bill from going to the emergency room paided....so now the hospital has filed charges on me and had my disability check garnished.....and they have been no help trying to rectify this situation....I have someone from the state trying to help me but Chapman &associates will not take her cals....and will not return any of her phone calls... Make sure all your ducks are in a row before you settle....I did not and now I'm struggling to keep a roof over my son and I head.... Be aware, Wendy Tanner

Intaker was not very helpful or friendly. If you can't help, you should at least try to guide someone to the appropriate lawyer. I have damages on my vehicle.
