Mr. Goldberg has been consistently untruthful, unprofessional, disrespectful and highly emotional. I hired him in 2021 and he has refused to use evidence in my favor in his briefs or speak with a witness. He was seriously flawed and inarticulate in a recent hearing where he could not answer questions from the judge(s) or refute the opposing attorney with information he has had for years! He has the tendency to bully. His ego doesn't allow him the capacity to listen. There is so much more... I fired Mr. Goldberg in January 2024. He accepted but has refused to withdraw himself. As a result, I can't get court info or another attorney. I fired him for a 3rd time on Sept. 5. He said he doesn't have a secretary and will do it "next week". We'll see. He is a one star attorney only because I had to give him something.

I hired Mr. Goldberg in 2017. He was supposed to file a chapter 13 bankruptcy for me. Instead without my permission or signature he filed a chapter 7 bankruptcy. He told me it could not be withdrawn. Because of him I almost lost everything. I had to hire another attorney to undo the damage he did.

Ralph handled what the judge called the most complicated chapter 13 bankruptcy case she had ever seen, and protected our home against someone trying to take it. He went well beyond the call of duty in helping us.

I met with Mr. Goldberg back in February of 2013. He reviewed my paperwork, and told me that he would take my case. To make a long story short, he never came through for me. I contacted his firm several times, but he kept brushing me off. After a period of six months, he dropped my case and wasn't able to justify his actions. This guy is very disrespectful to his clients/co-workers and tells lies on a consistent basis. I can't believe his firm has made it this far. His social skills are very poor, he could care less about people's personal feelings, and he doesn't take his job very serious. Someone needs to do an investigation concerning his legal practices.

Mr. Goldberg has represented me and my family members during a period of 15 years. He has always handled our cases competently. When there is something urgent, he acts on it immediately. He does excellent research. He is very tenacious in pursuing what is best for the client. He is not afraid to do appeals. When it comes to civil rights cases, he is one of the best in the state. One of my relatives traveled over 200 miles round trip for him to represent them in a civil rights case. He does complicated bankruptcies that others don't want to handle.

Mr. Goldberg is exceptionally knowledgeable with respect to his areas of law. However, in my opinion he lacks basic social skills and social graces. This leads into trouble in that depending on what judge is assigned your case he may not desire to go into that judges court room. In my case he attempted to settle my case without authority in that his figures were hundreds of thousands of dollars less then my minimum and also less then 25% of my actual legal expenses. On top of that he missed a deadline.
