I had a very unique case that would be an uphill battle. I was seeking custody of my grandson. I live 5 hours away from Dan and none of the local attorneys had the experience required or wanted to touch my case. Dan listened to me and my urgency and didn't hesitate to take my case even with the distance involved. He had no problems with driving the 5 hours for court appearances and he was extremely fair with his travel costs fees. I could go on an on and my review, seriously, could be 3 pages long on how awesome Attorney Palumbo is. He is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and really cares about his clients. In my experience working with Dan, he goes above and beyond for you in comparison to what other attorneys would provide. For court, he was well-prepared and on point, citing case law and history. Dan took the n my case in which I was charged as the assailant. Dan secured the onsite video and showed the court that I was actually the victim. Once the court saw the video they dropped the charges and dismissed all charges brought against me.

I hired Mr. Palumbo for a complicated custody modification involving an out-of-state move. After firing another lawyer who was ineffective in getting anything done, Mr. Palumbo managed to successfully wrap up the case in a few short weeks. He is efficient, communicates with his clients, smart, doesn't take any crap and understands the need to keep unnecessary drama to a minimum. I would hire him again without hesitation.
