Brandy Alexander is not what these people say she is.This woman ruin lives, she's evil and narcissistic.She's a liar and manipulator.She's a bias unsympathetic Guardian Ad Litem!She don't care about the safety of children.And she will do anything to win and for money including putting children in harms way.She wears a mask daily to hide who she really is...UGLY!

My ex-husband opened a case and served me with papers to lower his child support. I was scared about how this would effect my financial situation and my child but also about the whole process. Laura was honest. She told me things I needed to hear, not just what I wanted to hear. She was thoughtful about my financial situation but also caring and supportive of my desires to keep the process amicable. She was thoughtful and thorough. I must be honest, I didn't get to keep as much child support as I wanted, but I also didn't lose as much as I could have. This is a win, in my book. She gave me truthful advice about the compromise my ex and I came to during mediation and was fully transparent about my options and the risks. I feel that I was informed and fully taken care of through this process. The support staff at the firm were as helpful, kind, and through as my lawyer.

The level of professionalism and knowledge of family law was beyond my expectations with this law firm. Kristen and Stephanie worked with my case during a time of crisis for the world, the COVID pandemic. We ended up with a year and a half long case, Zoom meetings was the new norm. Kristen and Stephanie always made certain that I was prepared. I felt confident in Kristen’s recommendations, she fought for me and my son, even when I couldn’t. I highly recommend this law practice.

I cannot say enough good things about Laura and everyone I had the pleasure to work with at Smith & Files these past few months. Their office came recommended to me by the co-worker of my now ex-wife (Gasp!), and I am so glad I chose them. Laura and Sandra in particular were so understanding and patient with me during the whole divorce process. They took the time to get to know me and my situation and they explained everything to me about the divorce process and what to expect (I must admit it took multiple explanations in some cases---that’s where their patience became very apparent). Laura’s extensive knowledge of family law and her quick ability to site related cases is the only reason we won my 25 year old contempt of court dispute from my 1994 divorce. Laura outsmarted everything his attorney argued. She even set up an income deduction order for me. I never have to deal with this again. Sandy and Stephanie, Laura’s legal team are very responsive, quick turnaround time. This team is so fortunate to have Sandy. She gave me a sense of peace during the entire process.

Laura Sclafani was a fierce advocate for me when I was returning to court regarding child support. She spent extra time driving and dealing with the courts in the pandemic while things were more difficult. Laura responded promptly to any questions I had and was always thorough in her explanations of the process. She snd her entire team offered excellent customer service!
