I am another happy former client. My situation was handled very quickly and professionally. Bankruptcy isn't an easy thing for anyone to go through, but she made the process so seamless. I am so grateful to have found Ms. McDuffie.

I called Shannon with questions about filing Chapter 7 probably six months before actually hiring her. She spent no less than a half hour on the phone with me, allowing me to ask questions and responding with loads of valuable information I had no idea I needed. Ms McDuffie is awesome! She was there for me throughout the entire bankruptcy process and she helped answer any questions I had along the way. 10 months later and she's still there for me when I need her. If I had to do this all over again, I would choose her hands down!

Shannon could not have made this process any more straightforward. Noone likes to go through it but I felt prepared, supported and well advised before during and after the filing. She's very responsive, will give you all the time you need and answer any questions you have...and i had a ton. As i sat in the discharge meeting witnessing the other individuals either waiting on their attorney to arrive or meeting them for the first time, I felt confident that I had an advocate right beside me and it truly made a difference. Shannon was great in all aspects of my Chapter 13 case. My case had many pot holes and she navigated them all with a specific plan and professionalism. My only regret is not getting in touch with Shannon earlier and trying to hang on.
