Adam is hardworking and trustworthy. He has represented me for years and I'm always satisfied with the outcome. His aggressiveness is superb, you need a lawyer that will push the envelope. I first met with Mr. Younker a few weeks after my arrest for DUI. I was nervous of course because I knew I wasn't intoxicated but that's not enough for court. After reviewing my case it was a no brainer we were turning down plea deals and fighting this thing. He walked me through every step of the way. Picked a jury, compared notes, he listened to me and any ideas that I could possibly bring to the table. We had a 5 to 1 acquittal in 20 mins. It eventually lead to the case being dismissed.
