This is a fraudulent business. Contacted me about an old debt for which I paid in in full to them. After contacting the original creditor and going down the rabbit hole it turns out the debt was settled in 2016. Tried to contact them but they have an answering machine. They never return your calls.
I'm reporting them to my bank and authorities.
BE CAREFUL WITH THIS GUY.

This company is participating in fraudulent business. I believe the staff is aware of the fraudulent activities. My mother was contacted about old bills. We set up payment arrangements. Paid the bills and when I contacted the companies who were “paid” they had no record of those payments and Brian Poe and Associates could not provide proof of payment. They stole thousands of dollars. I will be Reporting to the Better Business Bureau.
