The staff is very friendly and professional.

I sold my home in Hahira Georgia and this firm handled the closing, Kaycee Grow. Closing was on 11-9, via a power of attorney that I had set up previously. On 11-9, I watched my bank account for a wire deposit. When it was 5PM and I did not get the money I started making phone calls. My realtor called me back to tell me that things were delayed, and I would not get the money until the next day. I wrote an email to Kaycee saying it was very inconsiderate not to call me and tell me that. She called the next morning and apologized. I then asked when I would receive my documents, she said in about a week. I protested and asked for an overnight delivery, she the said I would need to pay for it. After some back and forth she reluctantly agreed. It wound up being mailed as a 2 day UPS package. I have done around 10 home closings, and have always received my documents in a folder, usually with the law firms name and a couple of business cards attached. My documents were simply thrown in this UPS envelope. That shows me a lack of pride in her employer, and an unprofessional delivery of my documents. Would not recommend..

Excellent Law Office to do property closings at. Attorney Dover and his entire staff were excellent to work with. Kaycee Grow his paralegal was such a pleasure to work with in making closing a breeze. If you are needing a great Real Estate Attorney you are in great hands when you choose this law firm

Excellent service and job

Went to witness a closing. The building is lovely older architecture which has been modified for accessibility. The receptionist was very polite and professional. The lawyer we spoke with was thorough and personable.

I have known Mike Dover for years and have met and worked with several of his colleagues at this office. They are very professional, trustworthy, and a joy to know! My husband and I do all of our legal work with them.

Patty and Angel worst lawyers ever they constantly worked against me and was only doing the seizures that benefited the other party mediation was postponed due to her words in email she would not represent me if I didn't catch up so I worked hard and long hours trying to catch up just for every month to be tacked on another $500 for only a couple emails that was sent those months couple weeks ago my father and I hit a deer so we had a postpone the mediation yesterday got an email stating that we had mediation on the 14th and that hitting a deer making the vehicle unoperationalable on the road is not a good enough reason to postpone they will work against you not for you as well as sending private information to the wrong people they are very unorganized

Mssrs. Langdale and Brantley have handled several title and tax matters for me. They seemed knowledgeable regarding the pros & cons of the decisions I needed to make, providing actionable advice - which is what I am looking for in a legal services provider. They appeared quite knowledgeable of the local beauracricy and it's methods. Communications have been excellent - responses to my eMails were timely and cogent. Paperwork deliveries were also timely. The staff has been courteous and responsive and helpful. Pricing: As with every law firm I have dealt with, you will be charged for every minute and every ancillary action or item, so be prepared. At one point I wound up paying for an intern's "research" which consisted primarily of a memo regurgitating information I had obtained myself and previously contributed to the file. Otherwise, although painful for us little guys, the fees seemed to be in line with the Valdosta market.. Billing is clear, with accurate detail, and is (very) prompt.
