Jody Peterman is an awesome attorney and person. He represented my son in a bogus DUI charge. He ended up having to work on my son's case for many months, because Lowndes County is all about a DUI conviction. My son was not drunk, and Jody Peterman did a excellent job of getting that across to the jury. He was willing to take my son's case to trial, whereas many other attorneys, in the same situation, just want the client to take a plea bargain. He works all the time, and truly cares about his clients. And in the courtroom, he was just plain awesome. I find the previous review very hard to believe. Mr. Peterman has handled several matters for me. He has offered advice on issues he wasn't even getting paid for. When anyone asks me where to seek legal advice Jody Peterman is who I recommend...Always.

Sad when doing what's right wasn't the thing to do, because later the right thing might cause him not to get a ticket t I care of by law enforcement. Why be a attorney if your not gonna do your job
