After my father passed unexpectedly without a will, there was a bit of running around needed in order to take care of the estate. Mr. Bennett was quick to show not only his compassion for the situation but also his willingness to get the job done. I had compiled a list of most accounts, but it was him and his staff that did 99% of the work from there. Everything was as streamlined as possible from what I saw of the process.

He lets me know that he is careful with setting up the best plans that work for me, and he answers my questions with patience so that I myself understand the plans. I first became acquainted with Bennett Trust when a family member needed to go into the nursing home. I was so worried my parents would lose everything they ever worked for. They not only eased our fears, but saved my parents assets and got my father qualified for Medicaid benefits. Mr. Bennett told us not to worry, that he would take care of everything - he did that and more.

Mr. Bennett was very knowledgeable and interesting with the estate planning seminars my wife and I attended. We did not want to wait until we were too old to make good decisions and leave our kids with the responsibility of decision making during grief or stress. Mr. Bennett explained many different scenarios in which there could be issues. He was very professional and guided us through the process of setting up our estate. We are not members of the 1%, therefore, there was no major issues to address. We still haven't determined who is getting the pie plate, but we are working towards that goal. Mr. Bennett's office personnel have been extremely helpful, friendly and have shown a humorous side which is very nice in todays impersonal, non customer friendly atmosphere. I would recommend his service to others and I have done so.

Mr. Bennett and his staff are very professional and caring individuals. During and after the death of my parents, Mr. Bennett and his staff handled all the detailed paperwork regarding my parents will and estate matters. If it wasn't for them, I would have been lost. All I had to do was pick up the phone and they were there to answer any questions I had. They made everything seem easy and painless during my time of grieving. They make you feel like family. Still to this day, (5 years later) I have a new dear friend in the office. They are the best.

Mr. Bennett walked my wife and I through setting up our Trust in a"seemingly" seamless" fashion. We have been pleased with his and his staff's work on our behalf resulting with peace of mind going into our 8th decade.
