My case didn't look too great after the state picked it up and wanted to prosecute as a felony. I knew it was time to find an acceptional Attourney with a winning attitude. Someone that doesn't like to lose just as much as me. I made the call. Mr. Hamilton's receptionist took down my information and within a short amount of time I was speaking to Paul about my case. He never made any promises or told me we would get it dismissed. He did listen to me and understood my position. I was told clearly what I could expect at worse. The court date arrives. They gave an offer, which Mr. Hamilton politely declined. I left with intentions of trial. 3 hours later I received a call and he told me my case was dismissed and to come handle the paperwork. With all of this being said, your attorney is only as good as your expectations. I would recommend Paul Hamilton to anyone seeking legal advice/council.

Paul brought me down from numerous felonies to just one. If you EVER, have any sort of legal issues at all, Paul Hamilton out of Nashville is who you need to call. I cant even begin to explain what a terrible situation I was in.. and for him to be able to pull off the deal he did says he is a hell of a lawyer.
