I highly recommend Jocelyn Daniell for custody cases, I was so nervous about my case because it was a difficult case to deal with, my husband and I had custody but he had been killed unexpectedly and since I wasn’t the biological mother it was me against their biological mom .Mrs. Daniell assured me that she would do her absolute best to make sure I didn’t loose my stepkids. As a working professional Dad who at the time boasted an almost non existent support system & a very demanding job title.....I thought that my chances of gaining joint physical custody of my two young children would be virtually impossible. Jocelyn walked me through each stage of divorce & custody process & kept me encouraged. As a result of Jocelyn's experience in divorce proceedings, I was made aware of several things in which certain marriages require you to ignore for the sake of family stability. Ms. Daniell has handled many legal matters for both my daughter and myself. She has been nothing short of excellent. She cares about her clients and getting them the fairest and best deal possible. Mrs. Daniell's has been my lawyer for some time now. She gave me the best birthday gift by personally driving to the courthouse to make sure my divorce decree was filed on my Birthday. She didn't want me to have to wait over the weekend till Monday. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Anytime I've had a concern or question she is quick to get back to me. I was very impressed with how she handled my case in court and the resolution. With her as my lawyer I received five years of alimony. I was a stay at home mom most of my marriage with my ex contracting overseas. So it was a blessing to have that as I have been out of the work force for a number of years.
