Mr. Martin took my divorce/custody case after my first lawyer ruined it completely and disappeared a couple of days before the custody hearing. I was a defendant. Mr. Martin had couple of days to prepare and we won unexpectedly for everyone. In a year we won my divorce case. It was not just an outstanding result but also a great pleasure to work with such a smart person.

Stan Martin has represented my friend and my family at third time. Every case he wins at ease. Very detail oriented and professional lawyer!!! Cases involved saving a mother with a little child from abusive husband who wanted to take away the baby and send her back to her motherland. Stan won it totally. The child with Mom and both living in USA now. Second case was divorce. It ended up very beautifully and peacefully. Third case is about teen child. Stan helped tremendously.

I Hired Mr. Stanley to help me recover funds from a fraudulent transaction. He was polite, patient and did all that I asked of him. This was in the middle of Covid-19 so it required patience on both our parts waiting on the courts. The cost was very fair/reasonable.
We were awarded a judgment by the courts for all we were asking.

Stan has provided outstanding guidance, legal advocacy and professionalism during a 4.5 year effort to obtain settlement in my mother's estate. Thwarted along the way in unforeseen ways (not to mention COVID), he didn't waiver in his dedication to making certain that my sister and I were well represented and successfully resolved in our favor. In the scheme of things, this was certainly a lower profile legal battle, but never did I feel my best interests were not addressed by Stan. He has my respect and thanks for a job well done!
