UPS lost my check. I am Kim Datry. It was an unusual situation but Fricks Bohan was wonderful to work with and went overboard to straighten out the situation. It was a holiday weekend.

The initial experience was great. The staff was helpful with closing documents by mail. Now, 3 months later, and I still do not have copies of the closing documents or my power of attorney. I have emailed and called numerous times and no one will acknowledge me. I do not recommend using this firm.

Update - they called us the morning after this review was posted saying they would overnight us the documents. They were very friendly in person and I hope this was just an oversight.
We have not been able to get in touch with them to get copies of our closing documents from 21 days ago. We have left messages, we have had our loan originator contact them. I understand we are in weird circumstances right now, but if you are going to continue to do business, do it right. Now I'm at the point I don't even know if we own our home.
