Subpar office staff and customer service
“Called and spoke w/legal aide who said Shirley would call me later, got off work decided to go in, everyone was rude, felt like they really didn't want you in there, besides the attorney had consultation with clients right in the same room with everyone else, felt like i was in a welfare office or something. Anyway, one week later and no one has returned my call, called them today and the receptionist was rude, called me a liar, hung up on me.”

Potentially questionable legal expertise in certain areas
“I know about 200 homeowers in a warner robins subdivision that would beg to differ with you about her real knowledge. We were trying to start an HoA to keep our neighborhood looking nice and she was our neighborhoods down fall. None of her real estate records she prepared for us were valid. We lost in court because of her lack use of proper real estate laws.”
