4 stars. Even though I wasn't McGees client, I truly believe he was looking out in the best interest of all involved. I was impressed by his straight forward advice.

Jim McGee has been the worst experience with a lawyer I’ve ever had. He met with my wife and I one time to discuss adopting my step child. He told us it would only take three to four months to complete the entire process. After four months of not hearing anything from him and him not answering our calls or returning our messages we finally spoke with him on the phone where he informed us that he hadn’t even begun to fill out the paperwork yet, but said he would have it done quickly. Again we waited one month and began calling to ask about the progress being made. Again no answer even after leaving multiple voicemails and messages with him and the secretary. Finally after another two months of trying to contact him once or twice a week we were informed that he had only completed half the paperwork and told me to call back after the weekend and if he hadn’t had a chance to complete it by then that I should find a new lawyer. Save yourself the trouble and find someone else unless you want to be waiting in limbo with no communication whatsoever regarding your case.

My nephew hired McGee to represent him in a divorce. Had to go to mediation. McGhee did non try to help him in mediation and with held medical information from my nephew stating 1 of the children was on the verge of PTSD from abuse from her mother. Would not recommend this attorney for a divorce involving children.

Awesome group of people!! Got the job done without having to step foot in a courthouse. Have used Jim before and he delivers everytime.

Well they kept me up to date on the progress of my case but really had no information to provide from the DA. However he did work to get me out for the mass releace due to the virus and ive heard they are amazing. My case is not quite over so ill keep your head up when i find out how he does in trial. At least i got to come home to spend time with my family 💗

Asked for records from my deceased grandmother whom I am a beneficiary to her estate in her written Will and information in reference to trust fund left for me that I have yet to receive. I called to ask for any information about account of my trust fund. He said your grandma and mother argued daily and it's 20 plus years old so I shredded it. So I have no way to find account number for from trust since I was a minor. Now I get nothing and must suffer for what vengeful deed from blood family who wanted me to suffer because of my mother choices. Not fair neither did i want to be reminded of the rough times in my life my a stranger...help the world God this is not life.
