Paralegal looked a reason to dismiss my issue. I am being harrassed to b pay a debt that I do not owe. The debt has been falsely labeled as rent, when it is actually insurance premiums. The company that I am disputing the debt with is the insurance company, not the property management company. Yet the paralegal speaking on behalf of this law firm says to me this is a landlord tenant issue. We don't handle that. Call someone else. In my opinion, this person looked for a reason not to send me packing. Maybe because I have a legal plan through work because this is the 2nd of anly two firms in Georgia that were supposed to specifically deal with insurance and debt collection that blew me off. Or maybe being as unhelpful as possible is the staple of corporate culture in Georgia. I don't know what to do next. All I know is that I shouldn't have to pay for two separate rental insurance policies to cover the same property.

I went there and they told me that is to expense for me, so I left. This is what lawyer's become in United States just to help the Rich and the Powerful.

Attorney Piland and her team (Julianne) are an incredible group of women. They are genuine and highly knowledgeable and are willing to do whatever it takes to make you understand and be comfortable with that the situation is or could be. I reached out for consultation and they refused to offer any information unless I hired them to represent me on my case despite not being what I was reaching out for. Typical greedy lawyers, find someone else.

Was there with a a friend, and the lady he talked to seemed very helpful in providing the information he needed.

Didn't have ime for my case

I call the office left message, no reply. I waited two weeks to see if I would get reply, none. I called the office again and the girl is clueless. I asked for specific services and she doesn't know if they do provide the services I requested regrading real estate. Will def not use them, if they have someone answering calls that has no clue what services they provide. Lack of service and knowledge.
