Called today and spoke with one of the paralegals - Heather. I was surprised at the level of unprofessionalism received. The tone was condescending. We ultimately reached a conclusion that the law firm needs to be taken off the list of approved providers however the discussion left a lot to be desired and if I needed assistance in any of the counties they serve I would hope others in the law firm would have a different approach.

Jackie Piland was absolutely amazing. Before I even walked into the court house she had already figured everything out for me. She went above and beyond and was able to help me way more than I expected. She’s the best!!!!

I would not go to this firm for Estate planning. Paid for two wills for two family members. This firm has zero record of the work they did. I can totally understand not keeping paper copies. But not keeping electronic copies of their legal work? What type of law firm performs expensive legal services, yet keeps no records of such? I gave a one star rating because there is no option for a ZERO rating. Pathetic law firm. A total waste of time and money. These attorneys should be ashamed at such slack standards. They are awful on communication. Do not do what they say they are going to do. The lawyers do not keep an eye on their staff and follow the cases that they are being paid for. Sloppy paperwork being generated that I had to point out multiple mistakes. Cannot talk to the lawyer when you call and calls not returned by paralegal. Awful way to run a business.

I had an excellent experience working with this firm. They were able to get me the verdict I wanted and then some. Julieanne was EXCELLENT in continually following up with the courts for the documentation I needed. I had an excellent experience with Kaye and Piland, LLP and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
