Robert was an outstanding. Lawer threw out my bankruptcy. Plus he is working on another casr for me and hooing it comes out great. I would recommend him to anyone.

My husband was unemployed for over a year and when he did find work it was making much less than before. We struggled for several years, but we finally couldn't continue to meet all of our financial committments. We had contacted another attorney about filing for bankruptcy. I felt that the other attorney was pushing us into Chapter 13. We met with Mr. Gardner and he determined that we would be eligible for Chapter 7.
