Sara's office and her team is so personable. Everyone in there is very professional and hard working.. I called looking for an attorney and spoke with Attorney Sharon Rodriguez-Hansrote. She was hands down very compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable about the information pertaining to reason for my call. I highly recommend calling and using her for representation, especially of you need someone that is going to win and not just negotiate a random outcome. Not sure how she is rated 5 stars which is definitely misleading given my experience with Natalie. Going on two years of trying to settle my grandparents estate and she doesn't seem to want to complete the job she's already been paid to do. She does not return phone calls or text messages.
Her work in regards to this matter is stop and go with long time in between of ignoring us. We are very pleasant to her and she is pleasant the time I did speak to her but doesn't live up to her promises. I would definitely not recommend her.
