My life was in a mess in my marriage and Leh Meriwether helped turn things in the right direction. His calm demeanor put me at ease and his staff was always so friendly. I'd certainly recommend him if you must get a divorce. He'll suggest solutions and advise on what is best for you. Great service!

David Canale and his team did an amazing job for me with my divorce. It had some complications, and they guided me through and made me feel comfortable throughout the experience. If ever I had a worry or a question they answered it in a way that I felt comfortable and understood the legal part of it. I highly recommend their team.

I retained Leh Meriwether & Tharp and his family law firm for an uncontested divorce from my now ex-wife after reading the reviews on AVVO and a phone consultation with Leh when he explained the process to me. In our talk he convinced me that his firm was more than capable of handling my case. After submitting the requested information his team prepared all the necessary documents needed to file for divorce. This happened in a very fast and efficient manner. His staff was all very helpful and communicated every step of the proceedings and answered all of my open questions. They also guided me through the final negotiations with my now, ex-wife, of open subjects. To my satisfaction the final judgement was made by the judge after just three months of starting the process. I was impressed by the proficiency with their dealings with all parties involved. They ran just a little over what I had in mind as my spending budget. Billing was very easy to understand. I would retain M&T for future divorces again, but certainly don't hope I have to.

I worked with Andrew Weegar and Carly Shipp to get my divorce settled this year. The process is stressful, but Andrew and Carly were both wonderful. I'm a person that needs a lot of information to help alleviate my anxiety and worry. As someone who sends a lot of long, rambling emails, I can attest to the fact that someone who goes line by line answering each question and giving more information than is necessary is rare. This is something Andrew and Carly each did for me. They put my mind at ease over and over throughout the process by listening and responding thoughtfully. Andrew walked me through every step of the way and has a very calming demeanor. Carly is very responsive and thorough in her work. Working with her was awesome. I felt like she understood where I was coming from and genuinely wanted to help. I'm happy with both my settlement and my representation.

No one expects that they will be in a custody litigation, or I know I never did. Blake made the entire process much easier on me and was supportive but direct. We found a solution that was in the best interest of my son and his needs, and that's all I could have asked for.

The 5 stars are for Ciara. What an asset to their company. I am out of state looking for a firm to help me with my grandparents rights and one call to her and she made me believe in their firm. We had to reschedule a few times, Ciara was in constant contact with me, assuring me that I had nothing to worry about. We discussed my wants, retainer amounts, etc. When I received my contract I did not read it completely, I thought all I needed was my retainer, well when I arrived at their office the receptionist said I needed to pay $xxx for consultation, I explained to her that I only had the retainer and she said she would take that too. I sat for a moment contemplating what had transpired and decided not to use them. The receptionist said "ok" and turned around, definitely not what I expected after Ciara. After I left I did receive calls from the attorney and Ciara both telling me that she was incorrect, the consultation fee would be waived if I used their company. Unfortunately I had already obtained other council but should the need ever arise I would use their firm.

My team at Meriwether & Tharp Woodstock is the best team out there. I was always made to feel like my case was important and they were always there for me things got emotional and impossible. Mr. Meriwether, Andrew, Carly, Jennifer, Jessica, Amy, David, Julianne, Blake and Courtney all were very professional and friendly and I felt completely supported and defended. Thank you so much team for all that you've done for me and my family. I feel like I couldn't have done it without you!

I am always concerned engaging lawyers for any reason. There is a stigma that exists around the fact that they are looking for ways to push an agenda. I must say working with Patrick and then primarily Andrew that was not the experience I had at all. They took one of the tough decisions in my life and were supportive of my wishes and ensured I got what I wanted without causing anymore pain or torment than you would expect from this type of issue. I would encourage anyone looking for someone to help them through the rocky waters of a divorce reach out to this team. As much as I loved them I hope I never have a reason to call them again, but feel confident that if I do they will honor my wishes and make them come true. Dare I call them a genie in a bottle!?!
