Jess was amazing! The support and courtesy shown by all members of the firm were speechless. We are not from the area. I live over four hours away! But I felt at peace with hiring the firm to take on my son's case, and I felt my voice was being heard! My son was confident and felt relieved when he first met Jess and I am beyond thankful for their services! I would recommend this firm to any mother that has a young man that has had a simple life mistake and doesn't know what to do. I was very grateful and satisfied!

We were at a crossroads, the last attorney never returned our calls for rehire. He helped us the 1st go around but when we needed him a second time, crickets. This firm was on point! Contact was great! Information was great! Communication was outstanding! Explanations were great as well. Wished we would have found these folks the first go around for our adult child.

Never made empty promises, always kept it real by explaining the process, and the many different possibilities of outcome. They were 100% attentive and proactive and professional to ensure the best possible outcome. They are always available, checking in, and moving forward! You can see they really care!!
