“Andy and his staff are the best. They can handle the closings with challenges too. This year we've had to close one property at the hospital, had a mail away where the client didn't follow instructions which further complicated the closing, a mail away that turned into a POA at the last minute and a bankruptcy that experienced numerous delays. That's just a few of them out of 28. No matter what situation I bring to Andy and his team, they step up with a solution and we close on time.”
